We bring together every person who wants a sustainable future for Puerto Rico, where our children can grow up in habitable cities, swim in the crystal-clear waters of our rivers and feed themselves off the land. We make transformative experiences in nature happen. We protect lands of high ecological value and encourage people to take responsibility for all our natural resources while pushing forward public policy for their protection.
We believe in the transformative power of nature, its generosity, magnificence and splendor. We believe that our progress depends on making sure we protect and conserve it. Because of this, our common goal is making sure that 33 percent of Puerto Rico’s natural ecosystems are protected by the year 2033.
We work all throughout Puerto Rico with other organizations dedicated to conservation and with thousands of volunteers who dedicate their time and effort to working towards our common goal. That’s why wherever you are and whichever way possible, there is so much you can do! Participate in our events, which include tours, workshops, volunteer and Citizen Science opportunities. Donate now or commit to monthly giving. Become a member of AMIGOS Para la Naturaleza to help our conservation efforts. Donate land or make a conservation easement and protect it for the benefit of future generations. Everyone can be a part of this effort!
At Coqui Mountain we believe success is measured not only in the quality of the drinks we serve, but in the quality of the connections we create. Each year we donate to local groups and efforts; as well as make annual donations to the growers we work with and land conservation efforts from the regions that produce the coffee we enjoy. As we grow, we look forward to brewing many cups and many connections! Please take a moment to read about one of the groups we are honored to work with. Coqui Mountain Coffee is a proud member of Para la Naturaleza's Ausubo Society, where our annual donation works toward the goal of conserving 33% of Puerto Rico by 2033:
