At Coqui Mountain we take great care in sourcing our coffee. Although we import rotators from around the world, as well as various fincas in Puerto Rico, our house coffee is created by Cafe Aromas del Campo. Café Aromas del Campo is located in Caguana, Utuado, Puerto Rico. A third generation coffee legacy owned and operated by Alberto Méndez Custodio, his wife Jomarys Lopez Pagan, and family. Founded and shaped by his grandmother Mrs. Esther Jiménez Toro, Café Aromas creates premium, well balanced coffee made from 100% Puerto Rican grown arabica. Coqui Mountain Coffee proudly serves Seleccion Natural which is grown, dried, & roasted in Utuado. It does not pass through a pulping or washing process but dries as it is picked from the tree. As a result, it exhibits dynamic flavors such as fruit, chocolate, honey, toasted nuts, and an exquisite sweetness that distinguishes it.
